On page 122 of the current collective bargaining agreement.

Part timers with six months of service will be afforded all rights under Article 6 of our contract for any discipline received from Section 6.3A and Section 6.3B.  Most importantly, your rights also afford you the right to a union representative called a shop steward.  If you find yourself in a meeting with management for any of the reasons stated below.

Article Six of our contract addresses issues of a disciplinary nature.

6.3 A: Addresses issues regarding unsatisfactory job performance and including the following:

Dishonesty- regarding money, falsification of Company reports or records; failure to tell the truth in matters pertaining to Company operations or in matters relating to the employee’s absence from or performance on the job.

Obvious causes- such as conviction of a felony, engaging in a criminal act (other than a minor traffic violation) or an act involving moral turpitude.

Drug abuse- use of, on or off the job, which is in violation of negotiated agreements and government mandates.
